50% deposit must be paid upon booking. Remainder due upon pickup. Deposits are non-refundable.

Express posting; proof of payment required prior to garment being sent.

Hire return: next business day after event by 8pm

Extended hire period can be requested.

If the garment/s is not returned to Amour Dress Hire by the stated time above, each additional day will incur a $30 late fee.

If you have booked a dress & do not wish to wear it, 48 hours notice needs to be given otherwise full payment is required.

You cannot transfer your dress to another date or deposit.   

Damaged garments: Amour Dress Hire may at its sole discretion repair and/or clean the garments and charge you for those repairs and/or cleaning. If beyond repair, Amour Dress Hire will charge you the full replacement value of the garment/s.

If garment/s is lost, stolen, damaged or unrepairable you are liable for the replacement value.

If a garment is not returned within 48 hours after the hire period and without contact the garment will be considered stolen and reported to the police.
